Students who completed their internships during the previous semester or the summer term but were unable to enroll in the Internship-2 course because internship courses are no longer offered as regular courses will have their internship records entered into the system manually.
In this context, the relevant students are required to scan the documents and information listed below, combine them into a single PDF file, and send the file by e-mail as soon as possible to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tutku TUNCALI YAMAN and Research Assistant Ümit ILDIZ.
The required documents and information are as follows:

MIS Form 2: Internship Application Form

MIS Form 3: Company Evaluation Form

MIS Form 4: Student Evaluation Form

MIS Form 5: Internship Report

The MERSİS number of the workplace or a document showing the workplace’s MERSİS number
All documents must be complete, clearly legible, and submitted as a single PDF file. Documents must be sent as scanned copies, not as photographs.
In order to avoid any inconvenience or delay, the relevant students are kindly requested to submit their documents as soon as possible.
